Senior Mechanical Engineer - Requirement:
- 1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering
2. 3+ years experience in semiconductor device design
3. Solid foundation in sports machinery and drive, gas liquid transmission system, heating and cooling system, structural analysis, mechanical manufacturing and processing
4. Proficient in Solidworks, AutoCAD, and other equivalent design tools
5. Able to use FEA software as design aid
6. Familiar with product development process, Experienced with project management software such as Agile
7. Excelled in solving problems, eager to innovate, and positive working attitude
8. Team player and succinct communication
- Responsibilities:
- 1. Produce new product layouts, equipment parameters, and implementation designs. Design mechanical components such as process gas/liquid transfer, wafer transfer, high temperature heating systems, cooling systems
2. BOM production, technical documentation;
3. Supplier management, develop new parts utilizing workflow of processing, testing, and acceptance procedures
4. Work with production team to develop workflow for assembly, test, and release of product components
5. Work with electrical, software and process team to design and develop economical and reliable systems
6. Cooperate with field engineers to solve client issues and provide solution.
